They call her “The Beauty”, this tall woman with short, blonde hair
They tease behind her back, but no one would dare
Insult her to her face for she’s as fierce as a man
But with the heart of a woman, and no one understands
The love in her heart for this man she calls king
She cares not for these other men, but for him she’d do anything
She’d fight and gladly die in his place
Anything to make sure her beloved king was safe
But, alas! Nothing could prepare her for this next foe
A shadow of a man, how could anyone know?
She watched in complete shock as her dear king was slain
Nothing in all the realm could prepare her heart for the pain
She held him as he died, and swore three times
To kill the one responsible for her dear king’s demise
They call her “The Beauty”, this woman with big, blue eyes
The men always tease, but they’ll never see the true Beauty inside

Arya in the promo of episode 5, “The Ghost of Harrenhal”
“If it please you, Brienne is enough… I’m no lady…”
The War of the Five Kings
Stannis and his “court”
“The night is dark and full of terrors”
The mysterious red woman said.
Our king Stannis is full of honour
So why does he share her bed?
Their coupling produces monsters
Shadowbabies that kill.
Melisandre is the culprit
She can bind them to her will.
Davos Seaworth, brave and true
Also known as the Onion Knight
Puts his faith in Stannis too
But what he sees gives him a fright.
Maester Cressen knows the truth
He tries to get rid of the woman.
But his trick backfires on him
This Melisandre cannot be human!
“She will lead him into a war
A war he cannot win”
Trying to protect his dear king
Was Cressen’s only sin.
“All true men will declare their loyalty”
King Stannis bravely cried.
“They will bend the knee or I will destroy them”
Oh, how hard he tried.
Resorting to red magic
He puts his faith in her god.
But only evil can come of this
His sins are writ in blood.
The kinslayer is accursed
In the eyes of gods and men.
But Stannis swears he knows nothing
And trusts in Melisandre again.
Without giving too much away
Five kings are soon down to four.
But who is to blame for this?
You can bet Mel is at the core.
The Peach in the South!
Do not think we have forgotten our dear Peach, because we have not. We are merely biding our time and quietly gathering more swords in order to defend his honour. If you have no idea what we’re talking about, we suggest you read A Clash of Kings (all of it, but in particular the part where Renly and Stannis meet for a parlay) and look out for a peach, and also take a look at our previous cries for justice for our Peach.
My lords and ladies, please pledge your swords, bows, warhammers and spears to this honourable cause. The Peach in the South shall not be denied or forgotten!!
